What is a Fearless Living life coach? A Fearless Living life coach focuses on their clients’ present and future life. They are not as concerned in healing old wounds, and more focused on a “ What to do about it now” approach. They have the objective of developing and strengthening the client’s present and future life by supporting them in taking specific actions to achieve concrete goals and dreams.
The Fearless Living life coach also believes in the clients own inner wisdom, so our role is to assist the client in breaking down projects, plans and goals into practical doable steps, all without “saving”, “teaching”, or “fixing”. We want to empower you to implement tools and behaviors in your everyday life so you can maintain forward momentum independently.
How will our first call go? As your Fearless Living life coach I will ask you several questions to get to know you. If you're not sure of your direction in life and or what must change, I as your life coach will work with you to help you pinpoint where you'd like to end up and how you can get there. We will work together to break down your goals into actionable items, both physical and emotional, that will move you forward.
Together, we will develop a plan that will hold you accountable for your goals and support you in achieving them. Over time, we will reevaluate your goals and make adjustments as needed to help you continue to make forward progress.
